As they were investigating that crime, they noticed a suspicious car drive by and stopped it, then arrested the driver, Cody Robert Sampson, on charges of driving under the influence. Law enforcement cracks down on seatbelt use Jun 4, 2009
Gregory reported four citations for driving under the influence, 16 for driving while license suspended, 21 for no proof of liability insurance, three for careless driving, two for improper equipment, two for littering and four for possession of beer/whisky. Arizona high court sets new jury rule on DUI cases Jun 4, 2009
PHOENIX (AP) -- Arizona juries are getting new guidance on how to tell whether a person who has been drinking is violating the law against driving under the influence even if the vehicle isn't moving. Juries have been given inconsistent instructions on what state law means when it prohibits a person under the influence of alcohol from being in "actual physical control of a vehicle," the state Supreme Court said in a ruling issued Wednesday. Gary Collins Busted for DUI -- Again Feb 1, 2009
We've learned Gary Collins -- the former Miss America host and talk show host, has been arrested yet again for DUI. Law enforcement tells TMZ Collins was busted at 9:16 last night by the CHP just south of Montecito, on suspicion of DUI. 2 Easton High juniors die in crash Mar 10, 2006
(EASTON, PA)Two Easton Area High School students were killed Sunday and a former student was clinging to life after a one-car accident in the Old Orchard section of Palmer Township. The early morning calm of the picturesque neighborhood was broken just after 6:30 a.m. when the car the three were in slammed so violently into a tree that the engine was thrown nearly 60 feet from the vehicle. Pronounced dead at the scene were Michael R. Cummings, an 18-year-old junior quarterback on the Easton Area High football team, and 16-year-old junior girls soccer player Amanda Leigh Schultz, according to Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek. The driver, Kyle Kehler, is an 18-year-old from Palmer Township who was a junior at Easton Area High School last year but is not in school this year. He was flown to St. Luke's Hospital-Fountain Hill, where he was in critical condition late Sunday, according to a hospital spokeswoman. (Every 15 Minutes Program - The Morning Call)

A junior at Easton High School, she played varsity soccer and had been on the JV team. She was also a mangager for the boys soccer team and played Palmer softball and basketball.
